This company did the termite inspection of my home. They admitted later that they did not actually look under the home (where you find subterranean termites) because it was 'uncomfortable.' I had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars fixing the damage that was clearly visible to the eye when you poke your head into the crawlspace. We have used Triple S at our commercial properties for 10+ years! They are always very responsive to our needs and their technicians, managers and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable! When we have had pest issues (ie: fungus gnats) in the past, I really appreciate the detailed educational sheets they send along to me so I can pass along to our tenants, and the follow-up for treatment and services with our office.
