Where do I start? Well, I guess with Shawn, the owner. He took the time to sit down with me for almost 2 hours and asked me why I was looking for a different van. From the time we got our 2012 Dodge Caravan with assistance from the Tampa7 VA, from Triple S Mobility, we have never thought of them as other than great friends! Throughout the years Shawn periodically calls to see how I am doing. My husband passed away 13 years ago and I, too, now have an electric scooter and so happy I have the van, with a handicap ramp. I had to obtain a disabled-use van in a hurry last Saturday morning. A Google search led me to Triple S. I called and reached the owner, who promptly got me in touch with the staff. I was able to get what I needed within the hour. I cannot begin to tell how friendly, accommodating, and budget-friendly these folks are. It's been a family business for decades.
