I contacted Triple Play Home Services after my current company called and cancelled my appointment the day before they were supposed to come out. I talked to Triple Play on a Thursday and made an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Zach, arrived during the appointment window and was very friendly and thorough. Our TriplePlay technician, Zach Clarkson, texted and called ahead to be certain I was home and the timing still worked. He did a very thorough job of checking and cleaning our entire AC system, inside and outside. He took before and after pictures, explained them to us, and pointed out potential issues in the future. Had an AC tuneup. The technician was very professional and gave some recommendations of things we might want to get done in the future to make the unit run more efficient.
