Automatic Car Washes never do the same job washing by hand can do. That said, the Tommy Wash is about as good as a machine wash can be. It’s relatively gentle on the car. However, more water is needed in the rinse. Detergent and chemicals can remain on the car after exiting the wash. Needs to be addressed. The employees are always very polite and a pleasure to interact with. That’s a rarity nowadays and the reason why I continue to patronise this place, shortcomings notwithstanding.

We have a membership or subscription where you can clean your car as often as you like for one very reasonable price. The facility is new. The equipment works well. They even have a machine that will wash your mats. My cars always look great because of this place

Tommy’s Express is a complete letdown. Signed up for the monthly plan and selected ‘Cybertruck’ as my vehicle—yep, it’s an option they offer—only to be denied at every Tulsa spot (Tulsa Hills, Memorial, Peoria) with laughable excuses: ‘electronics will fry,’ ‘software locks up for 5 hours,’ ‘parts fall off.’ Then Peoria canceled my membership out of nowhere.
