I wish I could give 0 stars. I went for the first time today and paid $27 for their car wash to scratch the hood of my new 2025 car. I’m sure the roofs damaged as well if this is how the hood looks. I got home to take a picture of my clean car and was in disbelief.

Previously I put in a 1 star review based on the results of the works selection. It wasn’t up to their own standards and I pointed that out in detail. After speaking with Tommy’s on Peoria and being encouraged to come back I did. This experience was what I expected out of such a reputable car wash center.
