We ordered at the drive thru and got home to discover our bacon double cheeseburger with no mayo (on it because of a food allergy that was stated)...had mayo on the top bun and bottom. We also ordered a honey dill chicken burger.. it was drowning in mustard. Top bun and bottom. So much mustard it wasn't edible. And no honey dill that was evident. Good service but didn’t served what I asked for !! I get upset stomach with mushrooms and I didn’t even ask for it ! I ask for simple veggie burger but they gave me their new veggie mushroom burger instead and all the extra stuff was coming out of burger which made it too soggy. It would be great if they can do better.
Really like Triple O burgers, however the service 🤔 I think could really use a lit of improvement and I'm sorry but three packages of ketchup for 5 meals is not acceptable and the refusal for the request for some ketchup plus the 25 minute wait for my order is not impressive at all
