Really like Triple O burgers, however the service 🤔 I think could really use a lit of improvement and I'm sorry but three packages of ketchup for 5 meals is not acceptable and the refusal for the request for some ketchup plus the 25 minute wait for my order is not impressive at all
Slow service. Chicken tenders and onion rings overcooked but just edible enough not to send back as didn't want to wait longer. Gased up there and needed lunch on our road trip so just ate here. Won't make that mistake again next time in Kamloops.
wow!!! Priya is amazing service! she was so attentive to my needs as i have a gluten allergy. her customer service was excellent, she had a huge smile on her face and was great to deal with! its a nice little restaurant and great food. the food was fresh, restaurant clean and great service. food was fast as well!!
