Just another coffee shop that doesn't roast, doesn't try anything outside the norm and charges like they are developing gourmet coffee.

We are sorry you feel that way. We did take a very long time and extensive care getting the perfect blends while testing it in our market with each batch to the taste of future customers for months before we opened. Though we did not invest in a expensive roaster and decide to do something we knew nothing about I took time to find a roaster that allowed me to develop our blends and roast to my profiles exactly. I have been to Triple Moon several times this year and I must say I'm impressed. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the drinks are 100% delicious. I almost can compare it to the coffee house in Friends.
