Ross was wonderful !!! I had to move out of my duplex unexpectedly, and break my lease due to medical issues...this was 3 1/2 years ago....Ross only had me pay for 1 month extra while he cleaned and prepared for the next tenant....I am so grateful for his kindness and understanding... .I LOVED my duplex !!! and never had any maintenance or other issues..I hope to rent from them again.....I highly recommend Triple M Properties.
My 67 yr old brother moved to the Springfield area, after his lease was up, and was being transferred via his job. Ross had him pay for the application fee... lead my brother to believe they were reviewing his application ( although I had to get the credit report myself), and in the end Ross never bothered to notify my brother about the duplex. Just that there were other applicants being reviewed... I think my brother should be refunded the application fee...simply because I had to get the credit reporr... and then he doesnt... read more

This Is thee WORST place to to EVER rent from! My husband and I were (great) tenants for 4 years at their duplex and when we paid them the rent and lived there they were ok people, but as SOON as we decided to move out, they (changed). You see the truth when your about to move out because we tried to give them a 30 day notice but they wouldn't answer their phone or return the call from our new landlord and when they finally answered back.
