Tessa is the biggest fraud there is, she’s stolen money from me by charging rent twice and then charging a fee for taking the second charge back. My front door has been busted since I moved in for over a year now and I’ve gotten the run around telling me it’ll get fixed eventually. I have not had a good experience with Triple H Leasing!! The staff members are rude, and have very poor communication. I received a voicemail from the office stating I had a pile of mail taking up space on their desk and if I don't pick it up by the end of next week they DON'T KNOW what they are going to do with it, but some of the mail seems important?? I was completely unaware I had mail at their office (I haven't rented form them in almost two months). I received an email two weeks prior to the vm regarding the mail, but ... read more

Very nice and professional people to deal with. I rent a couple different spots from them and I’ve never had a problem. When something needs to be fixed they are on it. Thank you guys for your help and making my dreams possible.
