Had a long discussion on the phone with a trainer who was very helpful and got us fired up about this place. We decided to try the free class. First impression was decent and the facility was nice. After the class was over we did not receive any communication from the trainer and when I asked the front desk for help (while he was eating) he said we did not need to discuss anything, you just signup if you want to. I have grew up in the gym for over 25yrs, I have been a member of every type of gym you could think of, and Triple F is hands down the BEST gym that I have ever been a part of! Its more than a gym its a community, a family that wants the best for you and your family in your personal, physical, and spiritual aspects of life. The programming for the youth gets them to the next level. The adult program is a perfect blend of high intensity, functional, and strength training. YOU MIST VISIT THIS GYMAND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
I was at a light and decided to scan the QR code pasted on the side of the Tesla cyber truck, then, moments later from a dead stop, the cyber truck decided to blow through a red light nearly causing an accident. it would probably be wise to drive more appropriately when your business information is plastered on your vehicle.
