Everyone I've dealt with at EEE in the last year has been very pleasant and professional. Update -- just got the VIP treatment after calling for what amounted to a pulled wire -- very happy to be taken care of when problems arise.
They arrived very quickly, the technician Walter was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained to me what happened. He fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess.
Thermostat went black and my heat wasn’t working. Triple EEE showed up and helped get my system up and running. When the issue reoccurred, Troy came out and corrected it while breaking down what was happening. Really appreciate their service!
