Earlier technicians from this company were great. The technician that came out for my spring and fall maintenance of 2026 was not excellent. In the spring, he said my furnace filter was fine and in fact, I looked afterwards and it was dirty and he did not replace it. In the fall, he came out, the same man, and checked my system, and I told him that the furnace filter needed replacing and I gave him a filter to put in. I checked afterwards and he did not install the filter correctly and I had to fix it.
Great to work with. Very knowledgeable and super helpful!
Walter arrived early, spent some time talking to the owner regarding what he planned to do during this semi-annual visit to verify accurate operations of the heating system. I gladly joined the EEE membership club for my annual air conditioning and heating maintenance cycles. EEE is one company that I highly and enthusiastically recommend for HVAC needs.
Excellent customer service - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Great HVAC technicians.
Excellent service and knowledgeable personal
