Terrible customer service Subpar craftsmanship of the trailers, Hire anyone that says they can weld without providing references and are put on the floor building trailers with little to no quality control.. Beware if you plan on buying here.
If you are looking for a quality trailer this is not the company. They mass produce trailers with no consistency on the design or regards for safety of others on the road. Some of the major issues I have noticed start with the fact that they have prisoners with ZERO welding experience welding and building trailers and their "quality" department will just push them through with missing welds and trailers FOUR INCHES OUT OF SQUARE. These are welders welds that they hire to produce products by the people to there hard earned money on not happy at all!
Exceptional!! I can’t thank the Triple Crown team enough! Our vintage camper trailer axle snapped on I-75 on our way back to Michigan. Thankfully we were only a few miles from this amazing place. The Triple Crown team truly went above and beyond to help us in an emergency and get us back on the road quickly and safely. Their expertise and customer service is unmatched. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Needing a custom replacement axle for our jet boat trailer, and with recommendation from a friend, my wife went to Triple Crown Trailers, Inc while visiting family in Ocala. She did not have the original axle, but had precise measurements as outlined by Triple Crown. She ordered the axle through Tim. Two days later she picked up the axle and drove the 5½ hours home to NW Florida. The axle was 5” too long. Whomever made it, made a mistake in the measurements.
