This is undoubtedly the worst rental management group you will ever encounter! Do not be lured by any property with this company attached. They will fight you tooth n' nail to make any repairs to your rental - normally telling you to do it at your expense. They have an ironclad rental contract that will allow them to take at least 90% or more of your deposit. They have insane self serving move out/cleaning rules when you exit the contract, once it ends, that will cost you and make you really unhappy. We left the house better... read more
