I was having issues with upstairs AC shutting down over the weekend and also causing my iComfort thermostat to shut down. Triple A sent a technician out to my home on Saturday and the technician found the issue was a drainage issue. He resolved the issue and had the AC and thermostat up and running.
My AC went out overnight. I called at 7am and they had someone to my house within a couple of hours. The technician Jerry was fantastic, Very professional and knowledgeable. Triple A was recommended by a neighbor and we are so happy with the service. We immediately signed up for their Platinum Plan and will request Jerry everytime,
These guys did a complete install for a new HVAC system for me about a year ago and I’ve always been super responsive if I needed them to come out. I had a minor issue that I needed them to see and take a look at and they showed up an hour later! They’re very nice to work with and I highly recommend them.did
