FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Roe Knights had me pay 10k to move into a home advertised as move in ready and she even claimed to check all utilities were working on the property. Upon move in there was no working shower, no hot water, no gas, and ROACHES. I let her know the property is inhabitable at which point she and the property owner wrote they would reimburse me for a hotel to stay for the USD amount. Roe Knights went above and beyond as our realtor to help find us our first home. She listened to our needs and our wants. In the end, she gave us honesty with her real estate knowledge which we truly appreciated. She was always a call or text message away during the full home buying process and held our hands through each and every step. That’s so important in one of the biggest purchases you could make in life. In the end we offered and closed on our home in one month. I highly recommend Roe as a realtor.
