incredibly talented and nice personalities too! – I've gotten color with Diana and cut with Theresa forever. I will not let anyone else touch my hair. These two can do miracles with my very fine hair. I get so many compliments for their work, even weeks after getting it done. Horrific customer service – I booked an appointment for a full highlight and unfortunately had the stomach flu on the say of my appointment. I did not cancel within the 24 hour policy so they CHARGED me for the service anyway. I pleaded with them and they finally agreed to send a gift card for half the cost of the service. I then rebooked an appointment only to have the stylist cancel on me! I showed up for my 9am appointment after taking a 40 minute train ride to find out my stylist would not be showing up that day. Some of the details are not accurate; we have a FOUR (4) hour cancellation policy that we do adhere to, however there is no excuse for the owner not calling you back. I LOVE MY HAIR! – I LOVE my hair. i haven't been really happy with my hair until i met Kim. The hair cuts she gives me last beyond the normal time frame a haircut should last for, and more importantly my hair is so easy to style in the morning, it just falls right into place. Aaron David is a cut above the rest – I had such a wonderful experience walking into Trio Salon, being new to the city I didn’t know what direction to go in when it came to a hair salon. Staff goes the extra mile – I've been getting my hair cut and colored at TRIO for a few years now, recently I was getting my hair colored. With the foils still in my hair I received a phone call that I was to be at a meeting in less then 30 minutes, across the city! Needless to say i was freaking out.. Best stylist-Farrah Chapman – I started seeing Farrah at Trio over two and a half years ago at the salon location in Wicker Park. So when she moved full time to the Wabash location-even though it is further for me-I followed her. She is amazing and by far the best stylist I've ever gone to. TRIO is the best salon ever! – I recently decided to try out TRIO salon and they are fabulous! I did a dye and cut. Roxy did an amazing job on my haircut! She was very attentive and made exellent recommendations. I couldnt be happier with my but. I also did coloring with Van who is also amazing! Best secret in Bucktown? Blue! – I get my hair colored at Trio Salon in Bucktown, North Ave. location. My color guy is Blue. He truly is a gift. Every time he colors my hair, it's my favorite time. He does a fabulous job, I am never disappointed. I really do look amazing when I leave Trio. Blue is extremely professional, and always cutting edge, which is exactly what I need, because I'm not always up on the latest hair trends. But he is!! do yourself a favor.....get your hair colored by Blue. You will not be disappointed!!
