We absolutely love this place. The food and service are always impeccable. Always go there every trip to Palm Springs. A must try!

It was our first time here and very pleased with the food and service, thank you again Tito! I had the turkey sandwich with a side of asparagus, delicious! My husband had the breakfast sandwich and he said it was the best. We have been coming out to Palm Springs for years and wish we would have been here sooner. We have our regular spots and we can now add TRIO to our list :)
Trio Restaurant has become a Palm Springs Institution. First Class Service, Delicious Food, and Tasty Cocktails in an Upbeat Non- Pretentious Setting. Our Server Sarah was The Best. Tony and his Crew are Top Notch.... Woohoo!!
The staff is tops and the food was superb. The wild Salmon was all you could ask for in a meal.

Great Happy Hour menu and drinks!! We had the Forever Marilyn and Melonita and fish tacos and stuffed pablano pepper. All was amazing!
Try to make it to Trio's when I have the chance. Dropped in for a late lunch and opted for the 3 course pre fix. I love when the menu describes the calamari as lightly batter and crunchy and it actually arrives that way!!! Nice mushroom fettuccine. The sauce was creamy without being heavy.
