Went to Trio last night. Place was busy because of Thursday night village fair - lots of tourists, visitors and local. We were greeted and seated. Amber, the 14 days young manager was very personable and checked on our tables several times to make sure everything was good. As the night goes on, the place got louder and the background music doesn’t help to have conversations. I asked Amber and she lowered the music volume- which help !!!
