Horrible horrible horrible. They managed the apartment I was living in and did a terrible job at everything. So glad they got replaced with new management.
The company lacks diversity and does not understand how to work with their African-American staff. They do not provide a suitable work home life balance. The corporate office Is a hostile work environment. They also play favorites and they set you up for failure with the expectation of still completing required tasks.
Stay away from this place money hunger and evil They get you in and then raise pricing they have a whole scheme going on quite frankly I think it is illegal they have a whole process be aware !!!!!!!! When it comes to charges increase they are unreasonable and get you situations that are impossible to get out of Every season on another note heart breaking to watch instead of fixing the problem with the bird nest they go and drown the baby birds this company is disgusting on all levels beautiful to look at evil on many levels... read more
Management is awful for Rivers Bend apartments managed by Trio. They do not properly fix anything. There are fire hazards all over. Appliances not hooked up right, rodents in the walls and ceilings, buildings are falling apart. They charge $2k for the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Electric heat is so outdated. Monthly bill is $550 for one person and temp kept at 65 degrees. Apartment was clearly not cleaned when I moved in.
