I have to say, after being at Galax Health & Rehab for a while: this has been one of the best experiences of my life! Kindness, professionalism and love in abundance! From administration and leadership staff, to CNA's, LPN's, the best team of custodial staff, chefs, etc- brilliant! I am so blessed to be a part of this family of front-line heroes!

Travel nurse who worked at 4 of their Virginia locations. Due to staffing, lack of corporate HR involvement (VP of HR) and horrible RVPO guidance I only agreed to work as a contracted nurse. Their clinical processes are solid but as of last couple months are falling apart. I am leaving and never working for a TRIO facility again. By the way watch out for “fake Reviews” on Indeed and Glassdoor as this company has begged staff to give positive reviews to boost appearances.
