Excellent customer service. Waitress was awesome! The owner was very involved and helpful. He even went to the grocery store to get diet 7-up for my husbands drinks.

We drive over an hour to take the kids bowling and when we got there they asked if we had a reservation. I said no I called the day before and was told I didn't need them. Needless to say we didn't get to bowl.
We didn't bowl, but ate at Trio 2 weekends in a row, awesome fish fry, kid friendly, prompt courteous staff, all in all a great time.�
The worst prime rib I have ever had, and the service was even worse, ordered there onion rings as a appetizer ( were good) but came out last, prime rib ordered medium rare came out medium and no flavor, salad came after the meal and had to ask for it asked what happened all we got was excuses, so I will not recommend this place for good food or service, period!!!!!!!
We had our staff day last year there and had a great time. The staff was excellent and very helpful.
Great way to end winter break for the kids. Andrew, Jeniffer, and Amira were fantastic for service! We will be back.
