I met some co-workers at Trio for Happy Hour a couple weeks ago. There were about 8 of us. The location is beautiful the drinks and appetizers were delicious. They have good happy hour prices on the appetizers and on wine, but unfortunately I don't drink wine so I had to pay full price for my mixed drink. The cheese plate was yummy and the wedge fries were delicious! Very happening happy hour! – Checked out Trio's happy hour about a month ago and it was quite the hot spot. We went to the bar area downstairs and ended up moving to the main lobby/lounge area because all of the tables were full. I want to go back when it's warmer and sit on the outside patio overlooking Town Lake. It's nice to have another waterfront happy hour spot besides Hula Hut! Trio Pre-Theater Meal – We tried Trio for the first time , it was a pre-fixe theater menu, party of six. We got there right before 6pm, thought we had plenty of time. While the food was great, the service was very slow, took forever to get drinks and appetizers, the entrees wer served 1 hour and 15 minutes into the meal. We had to skip dessert in order to get to Bass Hall, unfortunately late and missed the 1st 10 minutes. Beautiful – This place is beautiful. Amazing views of the city, great pool, and nice rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.
Classy – My first time to the Bristol was a great experience. My friend was waiting for me at the bar, and she said the Bartender was very nice, offered her a brand new paper to read while she waited, and spoke to her at appropriate times. Very attentive. We originally came here for Burgers and Burgundy, but that didn't happen for us, so we just have a few cocktails before heading out. Simply the best – While the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel Seattle does have the best rooms and facilities in Seattle, what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. You will not find a kinder, more genuine group who wants nothing more than to take care of their customers.
Amazing food & atmosphere, be prepared to spend a $mint – You have to go into this place understanding it's an amazing find. The wine list is very extensive and I got a chance to enjoy some Dom as well as some Flowers Chardonnay-and at the end of the night, they were finishing off champagne bottles and I got some comp'd Clicquot. A perfect December evening! – Now I know I can get set in my ways when I look at menu options, but when Chef Todd Duplechan approached our table to discuss the menu I let him take control. Both my friend and I stepped out of our comfort zone and never looked back. We started our journey with the Crispy Pork Belly and Beef Carpaccio. Great Steakhouse – My husband and I love going out for happy hour and a good wine. We were thrilled when we moved here this year and discovered the best happy hour in town. Trio is fantastic, the room is beautiful and hip, the crowd was great, not to mention the food and wine which absolutely delicious. They have an extensive wine selection, and Mark the Sommelier new exactly what to pair with our delicious meal.
