1 star is all the proof you need as far as management they do way too much and decatur housing as well the best part is the quietness and that's all
The folks are Soo rude still went through 4 property managers Candace is so rude she too big and over grown to be acting like just nasty and Yolanda she’s no good as well smile In you face and would lie on you at the same time . Now they have the new managers office across the way and stuff still ain’t being taking care of just slow .. the apartment are ok you can tell the hurry up and build them but there’re ok!! These are the most evil rude people I have ever seen in life, god don’t like ugly && they should not be handling a place with that type of behavior.. ITS BAD!!!!!!!!! && something definitely needs to be done about it
