Every 5 Star review here was given because tenants were comped for doing so; if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a nightmare, save yourself and do not even go near here. They will have you sign a lease for 2,400 and three months after living there you will be getting bills for over 3,000 and they’ll tell you they changed utility service providers, and that now they are re-billing for those time periods, which you already paid for. I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this building. The new staff members, Kaylene and Jocelyn, come across as highly unprofessional and seem unprepared to handle the responsibilities that come with running a high-rise apartment complex. There appears to be a lack of proper training and experience, which directly affects the quality of service residents receive. I had an outstanding experience with Sujan and Jimmy from Trinity Towers. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to doing the job right truly stood out. They came in to address several issues in both the kitchen and the bathroom, and the quality of their work exceeded all expectations.
