Staff is nice, that's the only good thing about this place. It's the worst neighborhood, EVER. Prepare to listen to addicts screaming into the wind, dodging feces on the sidewalk, and ambulances pulling up to people overdosing. It's all happening at once just outside of the building, barely 1 block away. Prepare to look over your shoulder, so you dont get robbed, if you have to wait for a taxi outside. I'll just speak plainly, without the extra fluff. I've been here a year and a half now, and like every place you live in, I've had an issue with something at one time or another. In needing help I've gotten to know much of the staff, but Lele and Elvira have earned my respect! Lele is real people, down to earth, never oversells anything! Staff has had a fast, timely assistance with any and all requests needed from management. Lele has been a tremendous help with residents and makes sure all issues are resolved as efficiently as possible- In numerous instances she has been able to solve problems in less than a days' time, something other properties in San Francisco should take note of. Anything from portal assistance to safety concerns, she has been consistently dependable.

While the area is challenging, I'm hopeful it will improve. Inside the building the amenities are nice. Very clean and well appointed gym, nice pool area and an onsite laundry room. Service from the maintenance and management team has been outstanding. Specifically Lele the Assistant Manager has been very helpful and responsive.

Meh, they never feel you welcomed while reaching out the office. Always acting like you owe them something when you actually don’t.I Never left an office with a smile, the attitude they show is unacceptable. Don’t want to point fingers to certain individuals, but the reviews below are very fake. I doubt something will change, just wanted to leave it here!
