Leasing office always close..dryers not work...everywhere bicycles and bunch of people in each apartment!! Untrained staff!!
Every thing has been great when I walk into my apartment and lock the door but from my door to the street is a different story. I’ve had package deliveries left out in the lobby unsecured for so long that there was very little left, and I’m talking 2000 dollars worth. Countless food delivery bicycles chained out on the sidewalk so when you park you have to exit the car from the passenger side.They also have a guy who stands on sidewalk opens the parking garage to let his Co-workers in. So glad that girl Asst. Manager Lele Long is gone— she was super bias and just a bad entity overall— young and highly inexperienced— please hire somebody of age who isn’t prejudice against our Trinity Tower community and who has life experience— So happy the Lovely Nina is still here — let’s get our little trinity tower back up and thriving 💪🏽
Since relocating to this location on May 1st, we have consistently encountered issues with the cockroaches.We have diligently reported these concerns weekly and monthly. Despite the weekly pesticide application, the conditions remain unsatisfactory. The Assistant Manager has consistently failed to address these issues properly. It is imperative that we take decisive action to rectify this situation.
