I wasn’t sure where to go for a massage... I know so many therapists... I was so impressed with the welcoming smiles.. clean and natural atmosphere... Learned a lot... I received a powerful massage... with great conversation... I absolutely love this place and can not wait to go back! Had an awesome yoga class with April this morning. Great way to kick off Thanksgiving Day. I deeply appreciate her offering a class on the holiday. The space is clean, open and very Zen. I highly recommend it!!
I have been to Trinity a few different times now -- for massage with Pheobe and this morning my first yoga class with April. The energy everyone radiates is so uplifting and positive. I am looking forward to coming back many times in the future!

I was referred to April about a year ago, and it was the best referral I've ever received. I used to have to constantly tell my message therapist where I hurt and what kind of pressure to use throughout each session, non stop. April knows without saying a word- she can feel every spot that needs works and does an excellent job at relieving my aches and pains.
