I seen liz here a little over a week ago and she worked wonders on my neck and back pain I had she did a amazing job I cant wait until my next appointment.
Had my first experience at Trinity with Tiffani for a massage. It was amazing! She had great suggestions for at home stretches. Will definitely be back! Such a great atmosphere!
Definitely was scared since it was my first kickboxing class and then a yoga class but the instructors where great and definitely worked muscles that I forgot I had�� the price was outstanding and the yoga was perfect to finish up with after doing kickboxing definitely will be going back also it’s great for beginners like my self
