I want to leave here my honest opinion about this real estate agency, we are very satisfied with the service and kindness received by us, especially Mrs. Sri, all our requests were promptly met. I recommend!
I believe it's appropriate for Sijo to consider retirement. His oversight led to a $2500 loss, as he neglected to submit a document before the house closing. Additionally, his communication is subpar, as he only remembers us when prompted, admitting to forgetting critical tasks.
Had a great experience working with Shivani. She was professional and courteous.
Sijo Vadakkan is the worst and the most untrustworthy. Like many have mentioned, communication is terrible if not none. He’s in it for the money and makes clients do the work. Doesn’t show up to help with looking at properties. Doesn’t respond or communicate back. Sijo promised a credit of 2% and once the property was identified, turned around completely and said he can only offer 1%. Right from brainstorming , to classifying a house is pricey , to understanding why a home is staying more days needs a great honesty and confidence.
