Very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process of renting my home. Answered all my questions and helped me tentatively to get everything done on time
It was very kind and satisfied that they did reach out to me everytime before visiting me to check if I'm available and kept their promise. Every works like Garage keypad, Fan, shower caulk and strip were doing well safely and properly. Even the shower caulk were asked to do again, he kindly accept my request. I’ve lived at a Trinity property for five years now and it’s been good overall. The semi-annual inspections are not my favorite but they have been flexible with scheduling if I had a conflict and James is always respectful and courteous when inspecting the property.
