I am very satisfied with the way they work. They are reasonable and fair when it comes to renewing the lease term, and we were able to reach an agreement that worked for both sides. Staff member Shabnam works extremely hard. Recently, I had two maintenance issues, and she took action within 1–2 days. Both issues were resolved quickly. I really appreciate her hard work and her reasonable and professional approach.

We have rented for 2 years now and just signed another lease. Sindhu has always been incredibly helpful and responsive any time we have had an issue or a question. They always resolve any issues quickly and that really goes along way compared to other companies we have rented with. We hope we get to stay here for years to come!
This property company provides excellent services, each time I need a maintenance, the broker of the company will reply me in time. Thanks for the broker Sindhu's great help to communicate with the landowner about my requirements for renewing the lease, finally we get a deal. I have been renting from Trinity for several years, Sindhu is always polite and diligent. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the mandatory semi annual property inspections. Theyre the bane of my existence and feel like an invasion of privacy and peace. Even tho we have cared for the house and proven so over the years, we are still subjected to them.
