They are the slowest group of ppl ik .. no communication skills either.. I won't come back , nor would I recommend anyone else to come here !!
What a welcome, much needed, addition to St. Clairsville. The employees are efficient, compassionate, and very professional. The facility is clean, appealing, state of the art, and well kept. My family members and I have been treated at least 5 times in the past year (2025/2026), receiving prompt, excellent care, with good results every time.
Took my girlfriend there for what we think was bronchitis around 1:30 in the afternoon they didn't bother telling her anything at all that was going on with her they just basically gave her a bag of morphine and sent her on her way at 9:00 at night didn't tell the Her the results of the EKG or the X-ray When I walked in from the parking lot to see how long they were going to take with her discharge papers they threatened to call The police And have me charged with trespassing
Staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. Security personnel very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home!
I suffer from pretty severe Chron’s Disease, and have had to go to this hospital multiple times. First visit they actually kept me and helped me, but every other visit after that I have been severely neglected. Tonight was the last straw. After waiting for 4 hours I finally got the tests I needed done, and two hours after that the doctor tries to say I’m good to go home with prednisone?
