Staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. Security personnel very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home!
I suffer from pretty severe Chron’s Disease, and have had to go to this hospital multiple times. First visit they actually kept me and helped me, but every other visit after that I have been severely neglected. Tonight was the last straw. After waiting for 4 hours I finally got the tests I needed done, and two hours after that the doctor tries to say I’m good to go home with prednisone? would rather croak, watched more doordash go in the back than patients, if i could write a review without giving a single star i would, wouldve rather got blood work a CVS if they even offer that.
Terrible hospital, the dr actually told me to not worry about my tonsil leaking pus, and to come back if the pain gets worse. Very rude staff also.
Would give 0 stars if possible, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENTS, smart mouth “young ladies” that are no help at all and just say “I don’t know” when I ask why my boyfriend has called for a nurse 5 times and been ignored for 2 hours. Pathetic I genuinely hope this place shuts down
