would rather croak, watched more doordash go in the back than patients, if i could write a review without giving a single star i would, wouldve rather got blood work a CVS if they even offer that.
Terrible hospital, the dr actually told me to not worry about my tonsil leaking pus, and to come back if the pain gets worse. Very rude staff also.
Would give 0 stars if possible, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENTS, smart mouth “young ladies” that are no help at all and just say “I don’t know” when I ask why my boyfriend has called for a nurse 5 times and been ignored for 2 hours. Pathetic I genuinely hope this place shuts down
This facility is such an incredible resource for the community. And it truly is a “neighborhood” hospital. From the moment I registered until the moment I left, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The facilities are brand new, impeccably clean and well equipped. I was seen almost immediately. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. In today’s world of healthcare it’s rare to leave impressed. Trinity impressed me today!
