I have solar panels and it Saves me money on my electricity bill. Whenever I have any questions or problems, I call my rep Tyrone, who is always willing to help me anyway he can and he always does. He doesn’t make me feel Like I’m being a pest. He goes above and beyond to get me the answer that I need thank you Tyrone Scoby for helping.
Very frustrated with Trinity though my experience up to this point was “okay”.. I have (2) properties that i have lease- both properties installed with Trinity. I installed solar on a small cottage on a 12-15 year roof 1.5 years ago. Who knew going over solar options could be so painless. Brian is the man, made it easy enough to understand, even for a goober like me.
John Sacco was a helpful and considerate contact throughout the whole process. He was able to answer all my questions and was available to help with any issues. He helped me size my system properly and reduce the over all amount I spend on electricity each month.
Working with Brian has been great so far. Very friendly and informative. I'm hoping the rest of the process goes just as smoothly.
