I asked for a quote once, and now they call me numerous times a day. In my opinion predatory!
The team communicated well during the process! They were professional and easy to work with. We are in our 1st month with the panels active and are very happy with the production!! So thankful for the team helping us through.
An absolute nightmare experience with this company! Steer clear and look at other solar options. The bank that they used for financing recently filed bankruptcy and now we as customers are stuck in limbo with no clear answers on when our panels will be turned on. It’s been 4 months since install and close to 20+ calls and still the same answer of “they are waiting for paperwork to process”. I have zero confidence this will be resolved soon and will be contacting the BBB, another company to hopefully try and transfer services... read more
Trinity Solar made going solar so easy! Their customer service was excellent, and I’m excited to start saving money and to finally stop just having to accept how high my energy bill was getting. thank goodness 🥳
Incredibly offensive company that sends door to door salesmen to your house every other month bothering you in spite of your “no soliciting” sign
