An absolute nightmare experience with this company! Steer clear and look at other solar options. The bank that they used for financing recently filed bankruptcy and now we as customers are stuck in limbo with no clear answers on when our panels will be turned on. It’s been 4 months since install and close to 20+ calls and still the same answer of “they are waiting for paperwork to process”. I have zero confidence this will be resolved soon and will be contacting the BBB, another company to hopefully try and transfer services... read more
Trinity Solar made going solar so easy! Their customer service was excellent, and I’m excited to start saving money and to finally stop just having to accept how high my energy bill was getting. thank goodness 🥳

I worked with Vinnie. This was a simple process. Installers were very professional. Install quality looks good.
This is our second house using Trinity Solar. Both times the crew was fabulous. They explained what they were doing and consulted with us whenever options for equipment location arose. We would definitely recommend Trinity for solar installation. Not only was the installation team great but our sales rep Vince Brown checked in regularly to see how things were going.
