Working with Trinity has been the biggest blessing in our world regarding taking care of a terminally ill patient. Junise & every caregiver who has worked through Trinity has been so patient, accommodating, caring & communicative. If there has been any concerns, I am notified immediately. I could not care for the person by myself, but with Trinity's help, I know she is well cared for. Thank you J!!!!!
So upset that they don't take their patients mental health seriously! You prescribe medications and can't send refills when you should. You don't inform patients of their next telehealth appointments to get refills. I have called numerous times for my 13 yrd Olds meds to be sent for refill which were due on 6/30/2023 and 7/8/2023, Nothing has been called in. My child is without her meds due to the lack of communication in this office. Beware!!!
