We were looking for a plumber when I came across their add. I called to get two toilets replaced and an outside faucet repaired. They were able to schedule me for the following week. I can’t say enough about their customer service being excellent. He came and installed the toilets. One was broken in shipping from Home Depot and he went to get us a new one to install. My first time to use Trinity Services. Greg came out and found I had a slab leak. This wasn't my first slab leak either and I didn't want my floor being jackhammered up again, so Greg suggested and explained a waterline repipe (hot and cold) with Pex A Pex pipe. Greg gave me the price upfront, for the repipe, explained the whole process, also advised me to get 3 more estimates to compare pricing, which I did. Very fast and professional! We had a gas leak and our gas was shut off they came and fixed our lines within a few hours ! Great prices as well ! Would definitely recommend them

I had a drain issue. Greg was able to come out same day. Although the problem ended up being on the city sewer side of things, and he was unable to fix it, he walked me through what I'd have to have the city do. Very prompt service, at a very fair price.
