Some of the nicest people work for this company. My experience took longer than I anticipated after a burst pipe but everyone that was involved was super nice. Caden and another guy that came out several times a week in the beginning to measure moisture were very diligent in making sure the level got to where it needed to be. Ronnie and Voss worked tirelessly to get me back in my kitchen and did a great job. Nathan did a great job on the thresholds and Mike helped with the caulking. ***BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY*** One of my closest friends had them repair his house from a tree that fell into it. He is one of the nicest/honest people you can find and never takes advantage of anyone. From the start of this process, Trinity has done nothing but battle him. They committed to the job, then refused to fix everything correctly because of how it affects there profit.
