As a leaseholder and real estate broker, I strongly advise Tenants to beware of this company. We have two leases that are managed by this property management company and have had BIG issues with both of them. The first lease, the plumbing on the building, which is older, is faulty and we have had repeat issues with water coming down from the ceiling that damaged property and disrupted business.
