This is a horrible company that regularly harasses its tenants. He has multiple lawsuits against it because it goes after disabled, low income and students and tries to destroy their credit. Their business model is to buy old apartments with tons of problems and make things worse so people move out and they can do superficial remodels and triple the rent price. THey are unscrupulous and callous.
Really good easy and honest people to work with. I've used trinity for many years. No problems
