Joe Trinity literally just yelled at our employees in retaliation for complaining about his poor handling of a situation. The property management for our business used this company to repair a leaking sewage pipe in our showroom. After several times that they did not show up as expected, the pipe was finally replaced; however, a large amount of black sewage fell in our lobby. Joe, deciding that the day he was originally scheduled wouldn't work, chose to come into our place of work to berate my coworkers after HIS work failed for the SECOND time. I dont know why anyone would chose someone so unprofessional to do a job when they can't even do it correctly.
Joe Trinity, I'm guessing hes the owner of Trinity Plumbing, came to my place and replaced my A. O. Smith tankless water heater and charged 1500 for the water heater plus labor. One year later it starts leaking so I call a different plumber. He finds out that the water was replaced by Joe Trinity under warranty. The manufacturer now no longer honors the warranty because this is the 3rd problem with it at my house in 4 years. Trinity Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my pipes after a long-term freeze froze and cracked most of my old pipes. They were prompt, kind, on-time, and very fair in their pricing. I will recommend Trinity Plumbing to all my friends!!!!!
