Planned community?!. It used to be. Upon moving in under Grey Point Homes, they had the ponds area mowed regularly and I frequently saw families with kids having walks down around the ponds. That was the draw to this neighborhood. Now it has been overgrown and no park area exists as promised unless you enjoy trekking through 4’ of overgrowth and risk being bitten by the TX critters. DR Horton has completely ignored what the intent was for this neighborhood was now that Grey Point has disappeared.
