DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Employees on phone don’t help you with your referrals at all. They are actually kind of rude and unwilling to help. My doctor sent my referral in a week ago and I still have not received an appointment. I have called several times asking and all I’m told is that they will call me when they process my referral. They refuse to even tell me if they received my referral. I do not recommend!!!!!! At this point I have no alternative but to seek help from someone else.

I got a referral this past Sunday from the ER and called Monday morning to make an appointment and I sat on hold for 35 mins to be told I would be called back after they reviewed my referral. Called back later Monday afternoon still no answer to when I would get a call. It has been 4 days now and still no word communication is bad I do not recommend this place. UT Heath did not do this to me, got me in same day and worked with my time.

My husband was a patient of Dr Harrell. Suddenly Dr Harrell left Christus and Tyler altogether. We were never even told or had this explained to us at all we were never referred to one of the other Dr's in the practice! We were only ever seen by the PA after that, which would be OK except that my husband developed some rather serious symptoms. We were basically forced to go elsewhere. Still no concern or explanation.

Dr Kevin Green Gastroenterologist and his staff are very efficient and professional this was my 1st visit they got my in and out rather quickly but I didn't feel rushed they answered my questions and were kind and curteous i feel confident in there abilities to handle my health care
