Staff very unprofessional! Be careful who you go too.
I had an appointment at 2:00 PM and arrived at 1:30 PM to check in. Everyone else who was there was seen for their appointments; 3:00 PM came and went, and I still hadn't been called in. I asked when my turn would be, and the person at the window told me I’d be called in two minutes. More people arrived, and they kept seeing the new arrivals instead of me. ; they ignored me because I am Mexican. Dr. Patel has put together a dream team of professionals. A well-oiled machine. This is what we all said didn't exist and never would. Dr Patel has studied, worked hard should be 'HONNERD" for his work in healing all sports related injuries with no addictions from narcotics, or pain killers of any kind. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Once I found the right entrance, the check-in was pleasant and "painless", as were the Nurses, X-Ray tech, Therapist and Dr. Patel, himself! Very nice people who were communicative, which helpful to me in clearly understanding the "what", "why", and "how" of my situation with my shoulder, and prescribing me therapy and home-based exercises to hopefully ease my concerns and also build up the surrounding joint muscles and tendons to alleviate my pain and discomfort.
