Had a total right knee replacement in December with Dr. Ted & everyone in the office has been wonderful.
The receptionist in the office is the first to answer the phone, and she is the first one clients see when they walk in the door. A big part of their job is customer service, but I can honestly say that Alicia is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. It’s exhausting when you’re just trying to go about your day and get basic tasks done, and you have to deal with bad attitudes on top of it.
