Dr. Ted is the best!! He has the nicest bed side manner. He really cares for his patients and wants them to get well. I can not say enough nice things about him. I am so thankful for his care and kindness. His P.A.'s are wonderful. Tina, the medical assistant is the sweetest!!! Also, he is ALWAYS on time for appointments..never runs behind. I highly recommend Dr. Kurl; he's amazing and saved my left hand! Dr. Lapointe also did a great job with my hip. Overall, the entire team is wonderful, and I am so grateful for their care!
The attitude from the front desk is beyond ridiculous. When I arrived at the reception the African American lady stated right away she is marking me for coming late. I was barely 3 mins late prior to the appointment. Again, she went on about there is $25 charge if I don't show up or cancel the appointment. I don't know why on earth she has to say it because it never happened. After that she asked if I am aware of the due amount charged by the insurance. Even though I never got a letter.
