All staff very nice , complex super clean each time I turn in the Parking lot
Definitely not worth the headache turning right into ghetto trinity manor…..people sit in the breezeway smoking cigarettes not to mention I work mornings to afternoons and majority of the tenants around where I stay don’t work at all have to deal with they loud behind at all time of nights……save yourself don’t move here!!! Ghetto about to be ran down……I’m just not comfortable living here anymore the other night a dude was threatening to shoot another guy over some dice
Worked a year on these Apartments as Superintendent Brooks. Top to bottom renovation of grounds exterior, interior, office, pavilion, play area, parking, maintenance building, more. Mt Trailblazer could be found there as early as 6:15 and as late as 8:45, I met plenty of nice tenants and enjoyed their comments on our progress. I will always have fond memories of long days, hard work, progress and the completion of the property. Hello to the residents. Hope you are enjoying the new place. James
