I am pleased with the property staff and how well they take care of the building and are attentive to assist on site as needed. A new mail facility was just created which is a nice new amenity. The fitness center on the top floor was also just remodeled. Additionally, after I placed a request for certain preferred equipment, the property team went ahead and placed an order for this additional equipment!
Kevin rocks. Nice guy, always with a friendly greeting. He went out of his way to help me in with some packages. It was a big move out day so there were no free carts around and he just picked up my boxes and helped get me into the elevator. Kevin makes 2000 Broadway better.
