I was coming out of surgery and need a nurse for supervision for 6 hours after surgery. The nurse was 1 and half hour late while I was standing in pain waiting to go home. She could not book the ride as it was promised and I had to use my own Uber account at my own expense to book the ride. The nurse had no real nursing training and was useless excess for being there with me.
Ychelle was so caring and kind with our mother! Made her feel very safe! Really helped my brother, sister and me feel so much better when she was with my mom!
This company has been a life saver! After hearing bad stories about the caliber of in home caretakers, we were worried. But each and every single person Trinity has sent to our house has been amazing. From the first day they were able to have someone at my parents' house and a 10 day schedule set up within 6 hours! I used Trinity for short-term post-surgery care after an abdominal hysterectomy.
