Had to make a choice to repair the old furnace or go new. Son had a new furnace and tank installed last August by your company so decided to do the same. It was a great response to the call. Dan went over my choices and gave me a price I can deal with.
DAn was very nice and respectful, he took his time and found problems others had missed. I expect to have him perform an upcoming repair. He was not high pressure, their pricing was very reasonable. I felt comfortable and believed they were honest, good people.
We have had nothing but great experiences with this company! We have had them out multiple times for maintenance and repair and were satisfied every time. All the technicians have been wonderful - professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things and I feel that they are honest and reliable.
My AC unit developed some problems and was leaking water. I called Trinity HVAC Service for a service call and they promptly returned my call to set up an appointment. They showed up when they said they would & took care of the problem ASAP. Very friendly & professional. Would definitely work with them again! Great company, great people. Definitely worth the call.
Greg was very quick to get quotes to me and spent a lot of time explaining some of the technical terms regarding heat pumps. Will be forwarding Trinity HVAC Service LLC info to many friends. 5 star customer service.
