I am leaving this review to formally raise a concern regarding my recent appointment with Dr. Elgin Hobbs on 4/7/2025. During the consultation, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care demonstrated. Dr. Hobbs did not provide any treatment options or clear guidance regarding my condition. Instead, the conversation was marked by a dismissive and condescending tone. Only star is for the warm blanket I’ve been sick for over a week I was referred here and I was there for almost 6 hours and did multiple test just to discharge me and basically say they couldn’t find anything I’m very disappointed in the staff it seemed like an issue whenever we asked for something I would recommend going somewhere else

Prompt care sent us to summerville for ultrasound fot possible DVT. SUMMERVILLE had no unreasonable available, ER did not seem busy but we waited a very long time for us to bring discharge paper. Would not recommend their ER . Heaven forbid that a PE be imminent Good thing it wasn't a dire emergency. Now traveling to Piedmont Augusta for the ultrasound. ..
