I was disappointed in the service we received for my mother that has dementia and under hospice care with another company. The nurse that came to assess my mother was not friendly. In asking orient questions to my Mom such as where are you, what year is it, etc…I was shocked that the nurse corrected my Mom on her answers! When my Mom told her she was in Alabama ( the only place she’s ever known), the nurse replied to her and said No ma’am, you are in Kennesaw, Ga.! This upset and confused my Mom. Trinity helped my father during his last few months of life with dementia. They are so caring and loving and very communicative. It has been a stressful and sad journey and I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I can never express how wonderful this group is to work with. I did look at several different agencies and they all felt "off", like it is more about getting the medicare money than the actual patient. I particularly want the thank the entire Acworth team - and especially acknowledge Jenn, Jackie, and Nica. I am getting teared up just writing this.
