What a pleasure to have a positive report on a company for a change. Hardest for me was to convince GENIE/Overhead Door that my opener was covered under a lifetime warranty; parts and labor. Once that was done they called Trinity Hearth and Home to authorize no cost repair and mailed the part to me directly. Total saved was probably $125 or so.
