Recommendeddr. Zimmer is absolutely amazing the receptionist and front desk staff is very rude and disrespectful especially over the phone I've only had one appointment with dr. Zimmer and I immediately really liked him and could tell that he cares for his patients but for his staff his receptionist and his nurses is a completely different story. so I would highly recommend doctor Zimmer but at the same time I I would tell you to look elsewhere only because of his staff.
Dr. Zimmer is wonderful takes time to listen to his Patient and truly cares about them and their families. Until I found him I never had a primary care physician.
No response for much needed referral. Moving on.

Everyone there is kind and respect you. Great people, the Doctors have knowledge and wisdom. They care for their patients and treat your whole body. Dr Macasib is a amazing person who has a kindness and love for all people His wife works with the alternative medicine side. A beautiful woman of God inside and out. Honesty, integrity and value are seriously lacking from this facility.
Dr Zimmer is great, but the office staff has been rude for several years now. I put up with the rude office staff and extremely long wait time because Dr Z is so knowledgeable. However, his newest nurse (about 2 weeks ago) is rude, unprofessional and snippy! I am rethinking my healthcare choice. I think at the cost of medical visits, they should be a bit more compassionate and appreciate patients. Reevaluate your office Trinity, please
I have been going here for over a decade. The best PA ever used to work here, Melissa Bahr Ronallo. Since she moved on to be a women's specialist, this place has lost its touch. To be a tad more specific, Heather Gonzalez is the worst! I was recently robbed at gunpoint in Charlotte, and they took my purse which had all of my prescriptions in it. I went to THC the next day to give them the police report and see about getting my prescriptions refilled. She had me wait in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours before sending out... read more
Love my doctor (Macasieb) and reshape staff/facility. They are very caring and takes the time to listen to you. Give them a try you will love it.
