I have had a good experience the couple times I have been there. But, why are they not open on weekends? It's seems that would be when they are most needed.
I went in for potential bronchitis or sinus infection, and they turned me away saying it was just allergies. My condition has worsened since then, and now every time I try to call to see if they can send in a prescription they do not answer the phone and then it automatically transfers me to a Hospice department. I do not recommend trinity health EVER.
The worst Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had. Save your time and go to Corewell Urgent care, the staff there is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The NP at Trinity Urgent Care had zero empathy for my situation and shamed me for not having my shingles vaccine. I went to Trinity Urgent Care to get help for my symptoms not judged. I obviously know I should have gotten a shingles vaccine, but now that I have shingles, I need help not useless advice.
