I was sent here by my Dr because they didn't have any appointments available for a sterile collection cup to run a test for the cyclosporiasis that's going around. I told that to the Receptionist ( who was very nice ), the triage nurse and the RN that saw me. Was given attitude by the RN Karen Dekorver and was basically told to deal with it naturally, I was there for a sterile collection cup for the cyclosporiasis that's going around, not being talked down to. They will tell you over the phone that they work with VA insuramce. They in fact DO NOT.
