I had Ct scan scheduled for 2pm was there at 130pm for registration, they wheeled me to radiology was done an wheeled all the the way back to my car by 220pm wonderful people work there

The wait time for labs is absolutely ridiculous. I was in today to drop off a 24 urine collection to the lab, and it took over 45 minutes! All I had to do was drop off the specimen and leave, there's no reason what so ever it should have taken so long. The hospital is under staffed and over worked and it's painfully obvious with the attitude of those working there. Thankfully almost nearly an hour the registration clerk took pity on me and took care of my drop off herself. She was the true hero of the day.
Dr Burke is a rockstar. Looking forward to seeing the new addition complete!
The Best customer service I have ever had.
ER staff are wonderful, and polite. very knowledgeable and caring.
