Every hospital in the country should use Trinity Health Outpatient as a blueprint. Had a procedure today and from the time I checked in till I left was nothing but professional and staff was exceptional. Even my wife was impressed. Thank you for taking care of me.
I had an outpatient surgery there. Nurses and staffs were professional, and all were very nice. I was very well taken cared of during the preparation and in recovery. This was the third or 4th time in outpatient surgery in the past 3 years, and my experience were all very positive.
